Espresso is a big deal in our office - just about everyone drinks it. I do not. I have gained an appreciation of the ritual and even the smell... the taste however, I cannot do. I am a tea drinker through and through. As I said I do have an appreciation for the world of espresso drinking ... and therefore I thought the link (see below) was worth a share. Lavazza has a "cookie" espresso cup - so you can drink your espresso and eat your cookie (very green - no plate or cup to wash!) all in one. I think this is a classic example of simple observation can lead you to innovation. The cookie cup may not last and it might not be the best idea - I'm certain coffee drinkers the world over will instantly figure out what the challenges might be with the cookie espresso cup - but it's the act of ideation, trying, exploring that is what I find so important here. What might this lead to? What refinements or other ideas might this "try" spark?
